PulseGrid Tech
A role-aware SaaS dashboard that learns from behavior and adapts the user experience.
29% Churn Reduction
PulseGrid Tech served analytics teams that needed clarity fast, but its product experience was asking every user to navigate the same static dashboard. Power users could eventually find value; new users often dropped before the product had a chance to prove itself.
The company came to ZORQ after a traditional redesign failed to fix the deeper issue. The interface looked cleaner, but it did not respond to user role, intent, onboarding friction, or behavior patterns.
ZORQ reframed the dashboard as an adaptive experience: one that could surface the right actions, metrics, and guidance based on how different users actually moved through the product.
PulseGrid had 5K users and enough behavioral data to diagnose friction, but the product experience was not using that intelligence. The team had tried static redesigns, onboarding copy updates, and dashboard simplification, yet drop-off and churn remained high because the experience still treated every user the same.
PulseGrid needed an interface system that could adapt by role, reduce onboarding friction, and continue improving from live behavior.
Our approach.
A methodical creative system shaped around the exact operational friction.
Phase 01 - Behavior & Heatmap Analysis
ZORQ studied user logs, heatmaps, abandoned flows, and support patterns. We identified where different roles hesitated, which widgets created confusion, and which actions correlated with long-term retention.
Phase 02 - Adaptive UX Architecture
We redesigned the dashboard around role-aware modules, progressive guidance, and clearer default states. The new system prioritized the user's next valuable action instead of showing every possible tool at once.
Phase 03 - Variant Generation & Testing
DashboardAI generated layout and onboarding variants that could be tested with real users. Micro-surveys and behavior analytics helped select patterns that improved activation without slowing expert workflows.
Phase 04 - Weekly Evolution Loop
ZORQ connected the dashboard to an ongoing optimization cadence. The product team gained a repeatable method for improving UX based on evidence rather than waiting for another major redesign cycle.
Results.
The numbers mattered because they changed the way the business could move.
PulseGrid moved from a static dashboard to a product experience that could learn. The business impact showed up in lower churn, longer sessions, and a product team that could iterate weekly instead of waiting months.
ZORQ helped us stop thinking about the dashboard as a screen and start treating it as a learning system.
