Futuristic handshake rendered in green light.

Nexlify Ecommerce ran product drops in a market where speed and timing mattered as much as design quality. Each launch required product pages, emails, ads, pricing decisions, upsells, and post-launch optimization, but the team was rebuilding too much of the machine every time.

They came to ZORQ because launches were taking too long and leaving money on the table. The brand had demand, but creative production, pricing tests, and funnel decisions were not coordinated tightly enough to capture it.

ZORQ designed LaunchLoop AI as a connected launch engine that could generate assets, test demand, adjust pricing logic, and improve the purchase path from live customer behavior.

Nexlify had strong products, but launches moved through disconnected teams and tools. Product pages were designed before demand signals matured, upsells were guessed late, ad variants were too limited, and cart abandonment stayed high despite repeated tweaks.

Nexlify needed a launch system that could connect creative, pricing, media, and conversion optimization into one fast feedback loop.

Our approach.

A methodical creative system shaped around the exact operational friction.

Phase 01 - Launch System Audit

ZORQ reviewed the existing launch calendar, product-page performance, campaign creative, cart behavior, and pricing assumptions. We identified the decision points that slowed launches and the funnel moments where revenue leaked.

Phase 02 - Creative & Page Generation

LaunchLoop AI generated product page sections, email sequences, ad concepts, and visual variants from approved moodboards and offer logic. The system kept the brand consistent while allowing more launch angles to be tested.

Phase 03 - Pricing & Upsell Optimization

ZORQ connected real-time demand signals to pricing recommendations and upsell experiments. The launch engine tested offer stacks without forcing the team into slow manual rebuilds.

Phase 04 - Cart Behavior Feedback Loop

After launch, the site adjusted layout priorities based on cart and checkout data. Nexlify could improve active launches while momentum was still high.

Results.

The numbers mattered because they changed the way the business could move.

6.8x ROAS
19% Cart abandonment
5d Launch cycle
12 Launches per year

Nexlify gained a faster launch rhythm and a smarter conversion loop. The team could move from product idea to optimized campaign in days, with performance data shaping the system while revenue was still on the table.

ZORQ turned our launch process into a machine. It still feels creative, but now every creative decision has data behind it.
